UHT step blade enables fine cutting
This machine enables fine cutting using thin blade, which was impossible to be realized before.
Straightness of top blade movement is improved
Rigid surface reduces blade trembling while processing, which improves straightness of blade top movement.
Cutting resistance is reduce
Setting the direction of cutting and grinding the same, using a very thin blade, and adjusting the edge angle enables sharp cutting with less cutting resistance.
Blade top is rarely chipped while operation
Thick and very rigid body is hard to be warped while operation, so that the blade top is rarely chipped.
Durability of the blade is improved
High rigidity structure enables high quality cutting for long time, and drastically reduces blade replacement frequency.
